Technical Director

Maintained responsibility for all aspects of grade compliance and training, quality control, and research and development for product improvement. Improved grade recovery by $6 million annually.

  • Implemented daily rotation for grade training, resulting in improved grade compliance and significant cost savings.
  • Researched and redesigned sanding sequences for newly installed equipment, reducing machining errors from 5% to less than 1%.
  • Investigated all product warranty complaints, issued reports and reduced claims.
